XTX50 OCTOPUS Regulator

The XTX50 Octopus features a breathing effort control knob, allowing divers to desensitize the unit when not in use. Additionally, the large and easy-to-operate XTX purge buttons utilize a 2-stage progressive purge - the side button offers a lower flow rate for situations requiring more control, while the center button provides the full effect of the purge for regulator clearing, etc.

New flexi-hoses on all models are lighter, more flexible, and more durable. Suitable for coldwater and EAN40 use. Smooth breathing due to pneumatically-balanced second stage. Large venturi lever with soft touch rubber grip for easier and smoother operation. Reduces grit ingress for better performance.

This product is equipped with inherent protection against infection. All molded parts have been produced with an additive that eliminates MRSA, protects against E-Coli, bacteria, and fungi, and provides exceptional effectiveness against viruses, mold, yeast, and algae.

The regulator's breathing performance is enhanced by a silicone exhaust valve. Additionally, the Comfo-bite™ mouthpiece minimizes jaw-fatigue for a comfortable experience.

Can be converted from a right-handed hose configuration to a left handed one (must ONLY be performed by an APEKS Authorised Service Technician).
